NO ONE IS ILLEGAL

Laws are imposed guidelines that you are forced to live your life in accordance with. Questions are too seldom raised that fuck with laws. Deterioration of civility is not a byproduct of lawlessness. Corrosion of innovative ideas is, multi-unfortunately, a standard corollary of law. Nations are laws, states are laws, exclusionary sovereignty is a law, borders are disgust-composite laws.

Law is adequate, in its baseness, to construct a half-conscious foundation for political mobilization. All laws began as ideas. Conversely, all progress is made by thrash-burning the empire of law. The tower of legislation that governs our current manifestation of society is imposingly indestructible. Every day a law is born that limits someone. There are approximately six billion laws on the books somewhere in a file-cabinet of homogeneity. There is a law for every individual that potentially considered self-determination as a viable life-option.

Restriction is the point of any law. Laws are based on pessimism, distrust, pragmatism, and general contempt for fellow humanity. Are these the attributes we want associated with the 21st century? This is the antithesis of everything I want to believe. But this is the base of our society. Fear is a natural evolutionary byproduct. I hate to be the one that breaks the news, but we surpassed evolution as a cultural dictate about a century ago. Evolution postulates that the fittest survive. Have you been to YouTube? Survival is no longer a concern for this species. Luxury and boredom are the most pressing concerns of law-abiding sections of the planet.

It is pointless to enact reactionary, protectorate laws in the name of our safety and survival when we have such handsomely paid doctors. We know, not me personally, but somebody knows, the total function of human biotic perseverance. Mass calamity is as equally rare as it is fundamentally unavoidable. To limit an entire spectrum of the human imagination to protect against the one-in-a-million-inevitable disruption of sidewalk sanguinity is reprehensible.

The most torrid disregard for individual freedom comes in the form of immigration restriction. This orbital sphere of ours is no more yours than hers or mine. Every individual born on this planet has the right to experience every corner of it. It is not naive to suspect that everyone is fundamentally virtuous. It may be optimistic, but wild-eyed optimism is contagious, as is dire-polluted pessimism. Fear and mistrust only breed clones of themselves. Is it so hard to trust human inclination that we need to declare someone “illegal” because they moved across a border without channeling the proper bureaucracy?

Free, chaotic movement is fundamental to the unspiraling of the universe. We’ve buried our human nature under twenty acres of paper that determine how, when and where we are allowed to move. We’ve come to understand the world around us through experimentation and outward-thinking radiance. We cannot let the suffocating legislative subversion that defines the current geopolitical absurdity clog the directionless thrust of free will.
