  The World Trade Center was the CEO of CEO's. The most colossal and impersonal buildings in the largest city of the most capitalist nation. The known 5000 or so years of human settlements has failed to produce a structure more obscenely stack-like than the WTC. For an extremist opposing the global diffusion of capitalism nothing could be more symbolically blasphemous than a supposed 'world trade center.' A surprise attack upon a seemingly most obvious structure.

  Al-Queda was naïve to the permutations of extremism. The all-too-perfect act of destroying the WTC (turning a stack into a pile) only aided capitalism in the long run. The invasion of both Afghanistan and Iraq (including the subsequent endless war) were surely not solutions any extreme anti-capitalist would have
